23. Can be arrested or taken into custody :

(1) The assistant conservator, ranger or other employees of the park may arrest any person or search the belongings or vehicles of such person after obtaining a warrant from the conservator on charges of having acted contrary to the Act and these regulations. Or can take control.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if an accused is absconding or if there is a suspicion that the property may be destroyed, the accused may be arrested without a warrant or his property or vehicle may be searched or seized.
(3) The custodian may give permission to bring the wood or other goods seized or recovered under this rule to the place designated by the park.
